I recently had to call for ARD's x3 for Fantasmic and was getting frustrated. Candilyn not only helped me look for my reservation but when she thought she was unable to help made another call and got us exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Candilyn - you are the best:wave:

I ASSUME you're referring to MY favorite cast member as well. We were having a problem (read attitude) with a vacation planner outside of Disney a day before our trip when my husband went to the hospital with a blood clot. She IMMEDIATELY took care of our vacation (postponed until we were ready to reschedule). When we were ready to reschedule she was right there for us and even gave us a welcome package in our room when we got there.

I'm SO sad that I'm not able to find her when I call now.
