Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup

WHOA!!!

I was very happy to see that they had this appetizer from Le Cellier Steakhouse as an item at the Canadian Wine and Food Festival Booth!!!

I had four cups of it this weekend!!

I tried the Cheese Soup at Le Cellier in Canada and found it to be wonderful. I had heard it was good from several people so I decided to try it.

I jokingly asked the waitress for the recipe. I was shocked when she came back 5 minutes later with a copy of the Cheese soup recipe.

Now I make my own Cheese soup and it reminds us to our trip to EPCOT every time we eat it.

Here's the moral to the story...It never hurts to ask..go for it.:slurp:

I know that the recipe is available in the lates edition of Cooking with Mickey....

How difficult is to make it? Can you share your experiences? I am very egar to try it....
