Can you try for a VQ for a ride not in your first park with LLs?

We are stying on propery - so no theme park reservations needed.

Let's say for Day 1 we book MK for LLs and have our 3 LL starting later in the morning.

Can I wake up that day are try for the Guardians VQ, hoping to get an early boarding group? And if so can we go into Epcot just for that VQ and then go over to MK to start our LLs?
