Can you sharpen my avatar image?

That cant be sharpened to anythign approaching acceptable results. Nothing can be done to fix that. You'd need to start over with the original file.

I agree with PhotoDave that it looks like too much information was lost in the initial reduction. If you let us know how you reduced the image the first time we should be able to talk you through doing it again with better results.

Dont get us wrong, its easliy done, we just need the original source material. You can always make a picture smaller, but its a pain to make it bigger w/ good quality.
