My family and I are going to WDW in June and we have the meal plan. Can you order anything off the menu or do they have certain items on the menu that you choose from using the meal plan?:shrug:

You can order one appetizer, one entree and one dessert as well as a non alcoholic drink. If there are "add-on" items, for example a steak entree with an add-on of lobster tail, you'd have to pay extra for the add-on. You get the same menu as anyone else.

This is the second time you've mentioned "the current Mrs Saks" - are you planning a change :lookaroun
With the very rare exception (aka less than a handful of restaurants in all of WDW) everything on the menu is up for grabs.
Alcohol is extra.
Some restaurants offer samplers that aren't included.
But any single portion appetizer, meal and dessert are included as well as one soft drink. (For the table service)
Counter service meals include a meal, drink and dessert. If it's a single item (not burger and fries) like a salad or wrap - you can also get a side item.
Honestly it's a ton of food and you'll never really get hungry - but it's such a great deal it's worth it.
