As Roy and Gold are tring to get shareholders to vote no for Mr. E. Could Disney shareholders muster enough support to stop or turn down a hostile take over?
Well, I think next week's shareholders meeting will say a lot about what may happen and if there is anything "we" can do. If Eisner still receives a lot of support, that may discourage Comcast from pursuing Disney. If he doesn't, I'd imagine that Comcast will be emboldened to submit another offer.
