Disney Transportation will only take you to Disney owned atracations. Those you mentioned are not.

You can pay for a ride from QuickSliver, Yourride, Tiffiany Town Car and other town car or van services. You pay by the car ride, not person.

Mears also has transportation, but I don't recomend them.

Disney Transporation goes to all 4 Disney Parks (MK, Epcot, AK and MGM/Disney Studios.) Down Town Disney, Water parks TL and BB if open and all WDW owned resorts along with S&D (not Disney owned but on property.

If you are staying on property at All Stars, then you are wellcome to use all Disney busses, monorail and boats. Guests not staying at a Disney poperty are not extended the bus previllges, but there is no system in place to stop them (they of course can use monorail and boats.)

Resort to Resort transportation is more difficult because it is not direct, you need to go to another hub or main stop and then pick up a bus to the other resort from there.

With that much of property trips planned, I would recomend renting a car. Personally I never do, there is enough on property to keep me busy and we like not having to drive.

Good Luck

we stayed at all star movies in '02 and we rented a large van (had 9 in our group at the time) from enterprise. I believe its changed from enterprise now, but its right on property, they pick you up at the front of the resort and take you to the auto center, when you return your vehicle they drop you back at the resort. We only needed a vehicle for 3 days so it was quite easy and economical, because we used the bus to get us to and from the resort to the parks. we used tiffany town car to get us to and from the airport.

sorry for the double post, but i just thought of this as well, wanting to go to that many non-disney attractions, you might be better off to split your trip, say 5 days on property for your disney time, then 5 days closer to your other parks. we always stay on property but then for us disney is our primary destination, with an occasional visit to the ocean, or one of the other parks ;)

If you want to go to those other places around the area you will probably want to get a car. Towncars and Cabs will cost you a lot of money if you take them multiple times.
