Everyday on my way to work I drive on 536 and right past the Welcome to Disney World entrance/sign there has been construction digging up the ground and pylons are starting to pop up. What are they building there? Also what is going on with the former Richard Petty Driving experience? They look like they're building more parking spaces anyone have any insight to this?

question 1 i have no idea. question 2 i have some insight, in short no more speedway and yes it is becoming more surface parking for the magic kingdom.

I was at MK last night and it is amazing at the speed they got rid of the speedway. They actually have a level cement surface down in some of the places.
