Lots of music at #disney-central on irc (see my sig). If you want more of an FTP feel to irc, install mirc then use Invision2.0 on top of the Mirc install (no spaces in the path, ec C:\mirc). Under the invision settings check to use the fserve explorer. It will make your irc experience as easy as using ftp:

Invision 2.0 build 2520
Now when you type a trigger in the channel (such as !dizvideo), the fserve explorer interface pops up. It is as easy and double clicking on folders and files to change directory, retrieve files (or if there are people in line - add yourself to the queue until the file is ready to send to you.
The explorer interface is nice. It looks like this:
