I purchased a member pass four days ago and I can not watch any of the videos. I have done all the trouble shooting the site recomends and I still can not get to them. I looked up my profile and it says that I am a current pass holder and it lists the dates my membership is active. What happens is that the log in page is telling me that the site is not accepting my log in and password. I reset the password, changed it, wated the 60 minutes and I am still not able to log in. Any suggestions?
