Conferenced the kids (not mine) to hammer out our itinerary, logged on MDE, and WHERE'S MY TICKET WHY DONT I HAVE A TICKET WHY AM I THE ONLY ONE WITHOUT A TICKET. Sorry, kids. Call you tomorrow.
*I was impressed how the automated operator spelled my surname correctly. It's not a common name. 10 letters. The anticipation as it sounded each letter correctly was as exciting as a New Year's ball drop. Not even humans get it right the first time. Siri has a 90% failure rate with my Noo Yawk accent, though she's helped immensely with my affecting a non-threatening Midwest accent should I ever seek a news anchor position. "Sorry, I don't understand." Perhaps not.
I hadn't thoroughly perused each day for 7D, but I did manage a 11:15PM slot for JULY 3RD, which also appears to be wreaking havoc on my MDE itinerary because it extends into 12:15AM JULY 4TH, which in turn is hindering my ability to change FP selections for JULY 4TH because the system is apparently confused as to why I already have one for that date. Or should I say one quarter of a FP. On a side note, I will not sacrifice the chance for additional FPs throughout the day for a midnight ride on 7D because is there really going to be a 90 min standby at 1AM?
Never mind. I don't want to know.
Then there's the BOG Lunch issue where my MYW res letters cannot be entered. Not that any FP slots would be available at this stage, but I'd at least like the ability to see for myself.
Has anyone actually fixed an issue via Disney's help chat? I already know the number to call to resolve the issue, thank you very much, it's now in my contacts I've dialed it so many times.
