So who am I? I am Cherie , I am a disney loving Gal who fell in love with Disney since I was a young girl living in Fl going every year. When we were not at Disney I played disney.. we pretended to be on rides when we were in the pool.. we made rides for our little people and barbies. I grew up going to disney at least once a year sometimes more often. I've brought tons of frinds with me who had never been. Me and my high school sweetheart got married there at the polynesion. We would continue to go about 2-4x a year until 2007 when we moved to Texas.. I was so sad my saddest thing about moving was being so far away from Disney but we have managed to still make it out there quite often and even to Disneyland once!!! Well We just went to WDW last Jan. BUt we really wanted to take our son to star wars weekends and ... well I am always ready to go to disney. Plus the next few years we are going to try some new adventrures for our family vacation ( DC, NY... etc) So thats how we got here...

So we were all ready to stay at pop (our fav resort) and get two connecting rooms.. When during my research I found it to be almost 2/3 cheaper to stay off site at the downtown disney doubletree suites.. Well we haven't stayed off property in about 12 years... could we do it?? we decided to go for it and save the money for other things.
We will be driving ..a usual for us but this time we will be driving strait there then strait back! Normally we stop about half way! So this will be interesting.
Plans!
6/2 leave and drive the long drive.. we will probably leave at about 4am. Stop at our fav bbq Sonnys about tallhasse for dinner... Then eventually arrive at Disney
6/3: morning old town (I know I know.. not everyone is a fan.. ) BUt i have gone since I was like 8 or 9 and we like a piece of nostalga Then head over to downtown disney.. Lunch at TREX resturant Spend the day shopping. Before heading back to hotel we will go by another place we MISS PUBLIX and get subs and stuff and eat at the hotel who would have thought one of the biggest things we miss from moving out of state is a grocery store.
6/4: My fav place ever!@@@@ EPCOT. I love Epcot. my absolute favorite I just love everything about it!! The different countries.. The Memories of captian eo (the first go round) the memories of playing in the splashing fountains with my brother.. Figment... Horizans... I could go on...
6/5- Breakfest at Chef Mickeys 7:30 Then off to Animal Kingdom.. still trying to figure out all our diving we are so used to disney transportation.. That I guess we iwll have to drive to Contempary then drive to AK or drive bakc to hotel and take bus? IDK yet.. AK is probably our least fav park.. but we will go have a good day.. ride everest for the first time No ADR's at this park
6/6 - Magic Kindom.. My second Fav park can not wait to see all the changes since we were there last January!!! Normally we always eat at liberty tavern we love their food but miss the charcters so no ADR"S here either!
6/7- MGM.. (oops did I just say that DHS.. yes I still call it MGM... I try to stop but just can't .. Excited because our girls will be doing rock n rollercoaster for first time so excited!! Plus star wars weekends for our lil man !! Dining at Playhouse disney for lunch and sci fi for dinner
6/8- Seaworld- We love seaworld and used to go all the time in florida probably like 5x a year.. well the one in texas just can't compare so while there a month ago we decided we need to see our fav seaworld and will squeeze it in so we will be going to seaworld
6/9 the LOOOONNNGG and sad (because i'll already be missing disney) drive home..........
So now I sit here in my classroom (i'm a teacher.. dreaming of Summer and of Disney
