I am a Cast Member and my record card shows I have 5 points within the past 6 months. One of my points is incorrectly put in as a “Call In Sick” when it was supposed to be an ADO (Approved Day Off). I have been talking to my leaders about it for three weeks now but they haven’t corrected it. I am trying to transfer to another location but cannot until it is corrected and my leaders have been known to not correct points so their Cast Members can’t transfer.
Have any other Cast Members dealt with something similar? If so what are some good options and if I call HR could they take care of that point?
