Calling to change/check Resort offers vs Website

I missed out on the Passholder December room offer, when it first came out. Is the website accurate with what is available? (says pretty much nothing for our dates) Is it worth calling to the passholder line everyday, to see if there is some new availability? Is the site pretty accurate? Has anyone had luck calling in when it says no availability?
