Calling in sick? How many points?

I have come down with something unexpectedly and I believe I need to call in sick tomorrow. I have never done this before. I have been told that if you do three consecutive days, you can make it only count for one point? I’m just thinking ahead to my shift the day after. If I end up needing to call out for two days, do I need to call it in both times? As there is a way to do it on the website as well. Thanks in advanced
