How many people (adults/kids)?
We love the cabins. Stayed there in July with 5 adults and 1 child. Only downfall was one bathroom but we were close to comfort station. Kitchen is great to have and they will bring you groceries if needed. They will also bring pots/pans if you don't have enough. You can keep 2 cars in front of your door.

Personally, we have not stayed in a cabin but have been to FW for two trips. As previously mentioned you have the full kitchen, mousekeeping, parking at your door. You also have a deck on the cabins and a charcoal grill. So there is much more room to spread out than in your general hotel room. We love the fort, it is very peaceful and relaxing. I understand that the RVers go all-out with decorating for Christmas. We were there during the last part of September one year and the Halloween décor was amazing on the camping loops. Have a great time whatever your decision may be.

They are great. It's like having your own little house on property. They have decks with a grill. We loved the kitchen. We went grocery shopping and cooked every night. Make sure you swing a golf cart. It will maximize your experience.

You get all the Disney perks while having your own space, more than you might get in a regular resort. I love staying at thee cabins as they offer so much to do and are so pretty. During Christmas you can go around the motorhome area and see them decked out in lights, which is fun especially on a golf cart. I would always choose to stay there.

I love the cabins. They're expensive for what they are and you really want to have a golf cart, which is even more money...but aside from the cost, you get extra space in calm surroundings, can park right at your door and relax a little bit more than pretty much anywhere else.

So, shhh. Go. Enjoy. Don't talk it up too much. :)

Stayed there with Family of 5 MIL/DH/DW/DD/DS - More room then you think if you ask me 157.JPG .. It was great to have the seperate bedroom and the big deck for morning coffee.. We put MIL DD DS in there because it had bunk beds too. We used the fold out of the wall which was fine. Housekeeping was great .. Ond day we had to leave early and left the kitcehn a mess .. It was all cleaned up when we got back .. They even started the dishwasher for us ... We apoligized for the mess (we can clean up after ourlselves) .. The golf cart was good but renting one is not cheap +/-$60 day.. We just rented it on days we would need it. 301.JPG My wife didn't like the way the buses ran but we also lucked out there .. We had a cabin within walkng distance of the main bus terminal which takes you to the parks ... We also got on the WL bus which we could then catch a bus from there (to and from) ... I stayed in the cabin one day not feeling well and it was so quiet and peacful .. not a sound but always had deer to watch. 308.JPG Went horseback riding from the stables .. it was ok .. did it more for DD but the lady was very nice who took us the trail ride. She would tell us all about how the horses are used in the parks down to the Headless horsemen's ride !!! On our last day we were able to give all our leftover food items (cokes/cereals/bread/eggs..etc) to housekeeping instead of throwing it away. She stated they take it back to their location for all to share if needed. I'd give it an 8 out of 10.... Make sure you do Hoop-Dee-Do review !!

I have stayed there and really enjoyed it; but if you spend most of your time in the parks, are not going to cook many meals there, and do not want to rent an expensive golf cart, then you are better off spending the money on a deluxe. The prices are comparable, and the same after adding the cart rental. I thought it was a lot of fun and would like to go back to just hang out at the fort more. But if I am spending all of my time at the park, it is a waste. The bedding is more comfortable in a deluxe also. I did not find the murphy bed very comfortable, nor the double bed in the bedroom shared with the bunk beds. I prefer the queens in the deluxes.

We had our family in Florida over for a celebration and really made the most of the living area and deck while we were staying there. The kids loved playing outside around the cabin. We had fun at the campfire sing-a-long one night. It was nice to take a boat over to the MK. I thought the golf cart was more fun than any ride in the parks. Its a great place, but not worth it if you are not going to spend much time there.

Love the cabins! Feels like your own place on property. As suggested, get a golf cart they are a lot of fun. Also recommend a cocktail on your deck before heading to dinner, very relaxing. Or if your feeling it, stay in and toss something on the bbq.
