Buzz Price Papers

Wikipedia has a list of Disney attractions that were never built, and one in particular "Textposition" has a note next to it stating that info about it would be released in the 2012 "Harrison 'Buzz' Price papers". Does anyone know if these papers were released, and if anything significant in them? I've attached a link below.
