Buying tickets direct from Disney. Do they really take 14 days to arrive?

Going on a one day excursion to Disney World in mid June, and I'm looking at buying tickets online direct from Disney. The website says it takes 14 days for tickets to arrive, so they are saying the tickets will arrive after June 7th. Is this really true? Do the tickets actually take that long, or are they just saying that to cover themselves?

I'd need the tickets to get here on June 10th at the latest. Do you think I'd be okay? I really want to order them so I can book Fastpass right away. I know I'm cutting it close, but things fell into place just recently and I wasn't even sure of the day we'd be hitting MK until a couple hours ago.

Anyway...advice would be appreciated. First time visit. :)
Thanks!

I think you can buy online and pick them up at will call at the park when you arrive. That way no worries. Or just buy them when you arrive :)

I bought annual passes online, already paid for them and I am not picking them up until Jan 2015 via will call at the park. :)

I'm trying to avoid having to stand in a ticket line, actually. I've read on some of the guides that this is a good thing to do.... But then again, this will be my first trip so I don't really know what I'm doing, LOL!

Would the Will Call ticket line be long, or would it not matter since I'll be arriving before the gates open anyway?

If you arrive before the park opens it will not be along wait. One other thing to consider is that you can make your FP+ selection if you buy tickets ahead of time. If you buy them at the park you can not.

Lots to consider and work out for any first trip to WDW. Just browse around here and ask lots of questions :)
