Buying something from EPCOT over the phone

Not sure if someone has the answer. My wife really likes the perfume that is sold in Norway at Epcot and did not buy any on our last trip and regrets it as she is running low. I wanted to buy some for her birthday. Does anyone know who at Epcot to get in touch with to purchase?
