Buying extra dining credits?

Sorry if this has been answered on another post. I did a search but don't see anything listed under "dining credits"

I thought I read something this summer where they announced that you could now buy extra meal credits. Now I can't find anything here or on the Disney website.

Was I dreaming or is it possible to buy extra meal credits if you don't have enough left?

The only place I saw it mentioned was in this thread. The end result was that six days after it was supposed to have come into effect no-one knew anything about it.

Thanks. That is the thread I thought I saw but could not find again when I did the search.

Wish this would have come into effect. My wife and I are going to a 2 credit dine for our anniversary (Narcosee's) and our kids are staying with the grandparents and only using one credit. We were going to add another credit for the wife and I and eat another sitdown meal, since we are doing three meals that charge two credits and the kids will only do two meals that charge two.

We just decided that we would use the kids left over credit to eat at a quick serve and split two meals between the four of us, while also grabbing a snack to make up any difference.

Funny you ask, I logged in today to ask the exact same question

We are using the regular dining plan, but we plan on using 2 TS credits on our first night (maybe, not sure yet) to eat at California Grill during Fireworks... and since we still want to have TS dinner every other night, we would like to purchase an additional credit...

I might be calling disney dining reservation line to ask...

Supposedly there was going to be a big announcement - people claiming to work at resorts said they had memos stating pricing plans (which were definitely not cost effective), etc., but nothing ever materialized. I had called a couple of months ago to ask if days could be added and the service rep said no.
