Buy it or Sell it: A Short Game

This is a short game I just thought of. Not too descriptive or anything, describe a deal where Disney would buy or sell an IP/whole company. You must include what the transaction includes, where the acquisition will be used (toys, attractions, TV, movies), and how this benefits Disney. This is due September 20th at 9 PM.
