Butterfly Walkway query?

During the Flower and Garden Festival this year, they built/paved a new walkway along the waterfront near Mousegear connecting the Fountain of Nations to the Test Track/SPACE plaza. In the middle was the screened-in butterfly house.

Now that the festival is over, anyone know what the status of the walkway is? It was a nice and convienent path to avoid going through Mousegear.

The walkway remains, the butterflies are gone.
