If you are in any of the parks, is there transportation from any of the parks to downtown disney?

So the only way to get to downtown disney is....?

Take a bus to any Walt Disney World Resort & get a bus to Downtown Disney from there.

The only busses that run to downtown disney originate at the disney resorts. Likewise, at downtown disney you can't get to the parks unless you go to a resort first. When we left magic kingdom and wanted to go to dtd, we took the monorail to the contemporary and took the bus to dtd.

But you can always walk to a close by resort or take a bus to a resort to go to Downtown disney, but we found that getting to downtown disney with the buses always takes the longest to get to and back from because of all the stops.

Unfortunately, a bus trip to Downtown Disney and back to a Disney resort is time-consuming. Allow extra time, and be patient. It's worth the trip.
