I will need to get from the Yacht Club to Fort Wilderness next week (after Epcot closes but before MK closes). What is the best bus route?

I considered a bus from YC to MK and then from MK to FW. Is this the best route?

Yes.
(Though it's a boat from MK to FW, not a bus)

Yes, there is a bus that goes from MK-FW-WL. We saw it repeatedly when we stayed at WL in September.
