Bus Transportation to Character Breakfast

I have a Charachter Breakfast ADR at Ohanas at 7:40 AM when the park does not open until 9:00 AM. I heard that there are Character Breakfast Buses that run 1/2 before the first sitting. Does this apply only to breakfasts in the theme parks or to the resorts that have Character Breakfasts as well?
