Bus to Dolphin from Epcot?

I'm planning to watch Wishes at the MK on a night the MK closes at 8pm (right after Wishes finishes). Then I will take the the Monorail to TTC then to Epcot just for the fun of seeing the park lit up at night as the Monorail loops through -- I won't be going into Epcot. From Epcot gates can I catch a bus directly to the Dolphin resort, or do I have to go back to the TTC and get the bus from there?

And if my timing is right, can I possibly catch some of the Illuminations fireworks as the Monorail loops through Epcot -- do they go off around 9:20?

There is a bus that goes to Hollywood Studios, form Epcot. From there you could take the Ferry to the Dolphin. OR If you have a Hopper Ticket you can just walk through Epcot and go out the back exit and take the ferry boat or just walk to the Dolphin. Hope this helps! :)

I am staying at the Dolphin in a week's time. Do you know how long the walk from the back exit of Epcot is to the Dolphin? I've stayed at beach club once and I remember it was like a 5 minute walk... And how long of a walk it is to DHS? Dolphin seems closer to that.. Sorry just trying to get a guesstimate so I can plan when to leave the hotel in the mornings. Id like to avoid using the ferries (which I assume are slower) and not have use buses except to MK (won't be going to AK this trip)

Its like 5 min from the Beach Club... so it depends on you... The FERRY is awesome. But you can walk faster. So I guess it would depend how your group feels. I have teenagers so I just make them walk :) As far as Hollywood goes it is about a 15min walk from HS... and very pleasant I must add... :)

The ferrys are indeed great but can be slow so walking to the parks may be the better option. For one park the Dolphin/Swan pickup is the last, so the next stop is the park. For the other park, the Dolphin/Swan is the first pickup, so it can be a long ride, but at least when you're coming home from that park, you get off first. I forget which is which, but when your feet are tired and your legs are shot, even a 5-minute walk can be too much!

Ok, thanks! Sounds like the easier way is just to ride back to TTC and take a bus directly to the Dolphin. I won't have a park hopper or I would walk through Epcot, watch Illuminations, then take the ferry home. (And maybe I will buy the hopper option after all, still planning...)

Illuminations will be at 9:00 when I'm there, and if I remember correctly the fireworks don't start until some minutes into the show. I hope I can time the Monorail correctly!

Easiest way is to walk. Very short and pleasant walk. You get to walk through Boardwalk. Boat would be next. Leaves from International Gateway. Longish ride though but relaxing. Last choice would be bus from Epcot parking lot. Never fun coming back on a bus.
