Bus to Blizzard Beach question

I was wondering. Even though the actual park will be closed, do they still have busses that run there at night because of the mini golf there?

We were planning on going after dinner at AKL and wondering if we will be able to have bus service there and back. This would be around 730-8pm when we would want to head over there?

I am fairly certain no. The bus stops at Blizzard Beach are near the water park entrance, which is a bit of a hike to Winter Summerland mini golf. While WS is adjacent to BB, it has its own parking lot (very small and holds a handful of cars). You will likely need to take a taxi to WS after BB is closed if you do not have your own car.

As far as I know they do unless they have changed the bus routings. If I am remembering this correctly you need to take a bus from Epcot to either AK or AKL. This bus swings in to the BB bus stop for the mini golfers. I would ask any bus driver from any route and they should know the answer or can radio in for an answer.

BTW it really is not that long of a walk between the bus stop and the mini golf course. We have taken the bus quite a few times over the years when BB was closed and of course when if was open. Bussing will however become a problem later in the evening so make sure you verify what hours the buses will run.

Then I would definitely drive your car. Even if you are spending the day at AK and then going to dinner at AKL, I would still drive to AK, then drive to AKL and then to Winter Summerland. Much quicker and much less hassle.

I would highly agree on using the car since you have one. WDW busses do a great job moving people from resort to park and back, but when you start thinking about using them to get to the mini golf courses or for resort to resort travel they really don't work as smooth.
