Bus, Shuttle, Monorail and tickets?

I just want to know if the bus, shuttle or monorail is better to take to disney? I need the price? What's the difference? Is there maybe a schedule that I can print out before I leave? Or do most hotels have scheldules when you check in? I'm leaving in a week so please help!

Also I wanted to know if you have a one day Disney military pass can you leave and come back in with no extra charge?
