Does anyone know if there is a schedule of when the buses that take you from park to park leave? Is it on the hour/half hour? And how much time should I plan for traveling from park to park? I heard using the buses to go from, say, Magic kingdom to epcot could take up to an hour including wait time...

Bus Schedule for Park Hopping?

There is no set schedule. The official Disney answer is "Buses depart every 20 minutes" from 60-90 minutes prior to park opening to 60-90 minutes past closing. So if you just miss a bus, you may need to wait 20 minutes for the next one. Travel times between parks run between 15-20 minutes, so yes, plan on an hour from when you exit park #1 until you arrive at park #2 (though likely it won't be that long.)
