Bus Driver at WDW

I worked before as a Walt Disney Bus Driver in 04-05'. I have my Interview setup for 19 July. I have applied for Part-Time.

Can anyone answer a few questions:
1. How long do you have to work to get Benefits?

2. Can you work Seasonal as a Bus Driver?

3. I am Retired and a Full Time RV'er. If you work for several months (4-6 MO.) Take several mo. off, can you be re-hired into the same position with not having to re-train or apply? What is the policy or process.

I cannot answer any of your questions. I do have several of my own;
I also applied for Bus Driver position at WDW. Made it through the Face to Face interview and am awaiting the back round/fingerprinting/DMV check.

After training, how long until you get Full Time status?

Just wondering how long it took for you to get full time? also how long it took to get through the hiring process? I was a driver in 2007-08 and I just applied to come back.
