GREAT NEWS...at least for me! But I wanted to share it with my 'FRIENDS'.

The 50th Birthday Celebration trip that was originally planned for December 2017 and was moved to December 2018, HAS NOW BEEN MOVED BACK TO DECEMBER 2017!!!! WOO HOO! That means just a little over a year away!!!!! The only sad thing is I'm going to be 50!!!!

I am now happy again! I didn't want to celebrate my 5oth birthday when I was 51!

Thanks for the kind comments! I will add on a sad note, this is not only my 50th birthday trip, BUT it will also be my last trip to Disney :-( The costs are getting too much for someone like me who is on disability to try and save. I have maxed my credit cards out for this trip, so I will have to spend years paying them off...just for a week of Disney...yeah it's worth it! :-)

Then why not save and push trip back until DHS expansion is complete? Just my opinion but paying a week off for years doesn't sound worth it to me.

Really not interested in Going back to DHS...its just not the same as the working studio concept it once was!(my opinion) Going to Disney is important to me just for the fact that is the ONLY place I saw my Mom and Dad happy and with smiles on their faces! They never took a vacation raising 7 kids, me being the youngest! We never had the money to go on vacation with a large family. So to see them on their first vacation with smiles on their faces was priceless for me! Now that they are passed away and Disney was their ONLY trip anywhere...Disney holds a very special place in my heart!

Sorry if this sounds harsh but do you think your parents would want you to max your credit cards out and live in perpetual debt just so you can visit a place for a week where you remember them having fun?
