Brunch in Disney Springs

On a Saturday morning in early December we plan on going to Disney Springs before we go to Hollywood Studios later in the day. My question is if there's any good brunch spots in Disney Springs? We don't want to eat a lunch really bc we want to eat on the earlier side so we can get to HS at a reasonable time. Thanks in advance.

STK does brunch not sure if it's daily. House of Blues does a Sunday brunch.

Morimoto Asia does brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. I haven't done it personally, but one of the offerings is Xiao Long Bao (also known as XLB or Soup Dumplings) and that alone is enough to sell me on it. If you haven't had them, they're dumplings with soup on the inside.

STK has brunch on Saturday and Sunday only. It is so good
I love the Hangover Ceviche and the Avocado Toast. The Lemon-Ricotta Pancakes are great too if you feel like carbs. We did the Brunch for Two once and it was a really fun way to start the day.
