does anyone know if there are certain hours for the fantasmic dinner package? and if they have a seperate menu for this?

Yes, there is a certain time frame that you must eat within, and it varies according to the time of the show. The dinner package doesn't have a separate menu, but it is a set price for the appetizer, entree, dessert, soft drink.
