Brendan Fraser, star of "The Mummy" movies from Universal Pictures will be making a promotional appearance Friday afternoon at Universal Studios in Orlando, offering a sneak peak at his new film, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, and a chance for theme park visitors to meet him and ask questions.
Fraser's appearance is slated for 2 p.m. Friday, July 11, near the entrance to Universal Studios' "Revenge of the Mummy" ride, an indoor, special-effects enhanced roller coaster which is based on the movie franchise.
In addition to getting a chance to see advance footage from the film and have an opportunity to ask questions of Fraser, visitors will be able to enter a contest to win a movie premier package for two, including round-trip air fair to Los Angeles and tickets to Universal Studios in Hollywood.
The new film, the third in The Mummy series, opens nationwide August 1.
