Sure... It seems a lot of places are realizing theres a market for it. A friend of mine who once ran an all day restaurant said once his better profit margin was on breakfast items. Some times I'd like a good mid day or evening breakfast type meal instead of a burger. Pass the syrup and load me up with bacon & sausages please!!!!

I would like something like toast and eggs, especially late in the night. That has a huge make up. I'm surprised that Disney hasn't jumped on this.

I wonder which restaurants would do it, considering they have character meals for lunch & dinner. I'm all for it though. give me a Mickey waffle any day.
I hope some one will text Disney with this idea. Hey, maybe I will...I wish something along this idea would happen. They could take the bakery goods that they do all over and a meat or two and done. Frankly, breakfast is my favorite meal. All day!:hungry::hungry::hungry:

How about pancakes with maple syrup? :)

I've come to think of pancakes as an occasional special treat, mostly stemming from the fact that my mom NEVER cooked breakfast, and my dad, who was all about cooking stuff like pancakes and French toast, often couldn't because of job related issues (working nights, he was exhausted by the time he got home).

It would be a great option for my DS who loves pancakes, french toast, pastries and breads, but not much else! Over here (in the Netherlands) a really popular thing is pancake boats. You cruise along a river on a big boat and have all you can eat pancakes while you cruise. Of course Dutch pancakes are slightly different than American ones...more like thick crepes, and then they have a toppings bar with whipped cream, sprinkles, chocolate shavings, fruit, etc. Disney could totally do something like that!!
Also, the nice thing about specializing in only one type of food is they can do that kind of food really well because they gain so much experience in cooking it all the time and nothing but that. Also, buying in bulk keeps prices low. I think it's a great idea!
