Breakfast Reservation Hours

I have two character breakfast reservations that are late in their posted hours for the meal. For instance I have an 11:00 AM reservation at 1900 Park Fare but it says they close at 11:15 for breakfast. I don't want to be rushed to eat and do the characters disappear at the closing time?

The other place I have a reservation stops breakfast at 10:20 but starts lunch at 11:00. My reservations there is at 10:00. Again, am I going to get kicked out before lunch and only get 20 min with the characters?

Thanks for the help.

WELCOME!

You will not be rushed or kicked out of either.

We LOVE getting one of the last ADRs of the morning for 1900 PF. We have never been or felt rushed and they will continue to bring out food even if you are the last table. We have also had some really good luck with Alice and the Mad Hatter hanging around the last couple of tables at the end of the meal, joking around and playing with the last few guests. It doesn't always happen, but when it does it just adds to the meal. We really like to get to MK for RD on the days when we get one of those last ADRs, ride as much as we can, grab a fastpass and head out for a nice mid-day ADR before heading back to MK.

As for your other ADR, they won't rush you either. You are welcome to enjoy breakfast at your own pace and if you are still eating when they start to bring out the lunch dishes you will be welcome to enjoy them as well (and you will still only be charged for breakfast if you are paying OOP).

Agreed that the late breakfasts can be really nice. We did the 10:35 or 10:45a one time at 1900PF and you'd never know they were close towards the tail end of our meal. We did a late seating at Cape May this past trip and our server was actually encouraing us to stay and keep eating.

Another question about the 11:00 reservation at 1900 Park Fare...what time should I leave the park to get there on time. I know it's one stop on the monorail, but how long do you usually have to wait to catch it? Or is there a faster way (water taxi, bus?)

If you are leaving from the Magic Kingdom take the launch boat. It runs every 10 minutes, and takes 5 minutes to get to the GF dock. It is then a 5 minute walk to 1900. The boat is a more reliable method than the monorail in my opinion.

it actually worked out very nicely for us at Cinderella's Royal table. we were the last reservation of the day. we arrived on time but Cinderella was no longer downstairs for photos. so were told to wait after our breakfast was finished to do the photos. So after the meal we hung out in the back part of the castle for about fifteen minutes all by ourselves, really got to enjoy and explore the place.
then when cinderella came, she came over to the little bench we were sitting on, bent down and talked to our kids and my 80 year old parents for quite some time. they were all in awe. what a really special time. then we went over for the formal package photo, but they were nothing compared to the spontaneous ones we got!
just as good, when we first were seated, all the princesses came over in quick succession, you could tell they needed to be done and out of there, but it was great because rather than interrupting the meal multiple times to go pose with them, we did all of our meetings and photos and got to sit and enjoy our meal. we were not rushed by the staff at all, even though we were in the castle ALONE eating our meal. i say go for it

We booked a late breakfast at Kona Cafe last December, and it was great because we made it our brunch break and then were able to enjoy more rides in the parks were others were eating lunch at the usual peak time.
