Breakfast ideas needed

We did the Princess Story book breakfast in June for my daughters birthday. She was crowned Princess of the Day and had the privlege of opening the restaurant in the morning wearing her robe and crown. She waved her scepter and the doors opened! It was fantastic! She had a wonderful time. They sat her in a "special" chair near where the Princesses all came out.

what time does concouse steakhouse open/start serving food? i'd like to get over there pretty early (like 7:30) or so and then take the monorail around and get to epcot as soon as it opens.
