Brazil "Super Greeters"

So while doing some research into Brazilian tour groups you always see at the theme parks, I found out Disney implemented a Brazilian "Super Greeter" program back in 2009. These Brazilian greeters supposedly were cast members who were graduates of the international college program. Their primary duties were to interact with and assist the tour groups. Are these greeters still around today? I don't recall seeing them anytime I've visited in the past decade.

They were part of the Cultural Representative and International exchange program. Some worked at Guest Relations and some were super greeters (pictured above). The super greeters were traditionally only used during high travel seasons for guests from Brazil, so you may have visited during a different time. The program existed until Covid ended all international programs.

You can't miss them . They are in Epcot every summer wearing green and khaki minus the covid time.

A super greeter sounds terrifying.
A super greeter is lacking and almost non existent in the real world . Some staff nowadays in retail for example are just a bunch of whiners, just like to complain about everything and don't even acknowledge customers.

I had assumed that Disney had CM's available for use when groups came from a variety of countries. I saw a CM before wearing special pins that was white and had said translator or interpreter ( I dont remember which ). The languages on the pin was designated as French and German. Since I collect pins and I converse with CM's a lot, I had asked about the different pin since it stood out.

Due to the Brazil travel ban (as ordered by the President of the United States), in 2020 and 2021, they're not present at Walt Disney World Resort.

However, over July 4th, I've seen quite a few Paraguayan Tour Groups. Not too terrible, thankfully.

This is where I'd like to see additional Spanish, French, or Creole speaking greeters in place, since these tour groups do not only come from Brazil, but also from Argentina, Paraguay, Guatemala, and from parts of the Caribbean.
Better yet, Disney likely has, in addition to foreign speaking cast, a telephonic interpretation service (e.g. LanguageLine) in place resort wide to assist international or Limited English Proficient (LEP) guests so this could help matters too.
