I vote neither...I do not agree with the specificity of the theme being so regional and not cross representing the entirety of the US as was intended for the pavillion.

Brennan's is a real restaurant (about to reopen) so I don't like that idea so by default I guess I'll choose option A if I had to.
The correct New Orleans terminology is "Sno-Ball".
