We travelled in April and the offer was save 30% off Mods and 35% off deluxe and deluxe villas. There is probably one for values too but that wasn't in the folder in our room (deluxe villa). There are lots of dates it applied to through Dec 23rd. FYI - You can book up to 3 rooms with this offer if you have a extended family traveling with you on the bounceback.

I was at the world in May and called about bounce back for October with no luck. No bounce backs available unless you go to a deluxe.

Yes. That's the current one and the ones for 2015 most likely won't be available until mid August. Values weren't listed in the offer in my room but I'm sure you can call to ask.

I'm not sure that you had a CM that had accurate information. I booked a bounce back for a moderate while staying at a moderate. Maybe there wasn't availability for the time you were looking to return?
