bounce back offers

Just wondering if anyone here has experience booking bounce back offers. We are going mid-late October 2018 and I was thinking it would be neat to try and book a bounce back offer for early July 2019. I would like to ideally book a FD BB offer and I think historically these have tended to run August-October. I feel like Disney may offer it again for the summer given star wars will most likely be a late fall 2019 or even 2020 opening... For anyone who has booked a FD bounce back, does there tend to be much availability left toward the end of the promotion (i.e., October)? Have you found much availability for this offer for July dates in the past? Thanks, Greg

The point of special offers is to attract people to come during otherwise slower times of the year. Early July, especially around July 4, does not require any special offers to fill hotel rooms. If Disney were to offer free dining in early July, it would be malpractice. Late August after most kids are back in school is a completely different time of year.

Well that is exactly what they have offered the last few years.... 2016 FD BB included check in dates June 30th-July 5th 2017... and 2017 included check in dates June 29th-July 11th. Many reports suggest parks are far less busier in the summer over the last couple of years...

I didn't book any bounce backs this year, like our previous trip. I would love to go the following year, but Disney is so expensive at this point its hard to justify ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've always enjoyed the discount, and I think if you're planning on going then definity book it

Don’t know if this is an indication that Disney is doing away with Bounce Back offers, but the top booklet with an offer was in our room on 4/5/18 and was replaced by the bottom booklet (no offer) on 4/6/18.
