Are all the 1BDs at Boulder Ridge the same size? I was looking at a room map, and the shapes seem to vary. Are they all pretty much the same shape and square footage? Also any recommendations on rooms to request? I think I want to avoid the top floor as they don't have murphy beds from what I have read.
