Is there a time frame when you can book villas through Disney like there is for DVC members when booking with points?

When you book villas through Disney, they're actually renting out their own points to you. (Disney retains a certain percentage of points for each property)

However, they're still bound by the booking rules like all other DVC owners, so you won't be able to book anything more than 11 months out.
