Booking for 2023 ETA?

Anyone know when reservations can be made for next year? Usually reservations go live 499 days out from a determined trip, but clearly this is not the case as we are trying to book for Feb next year and nothing is available on the calendar drop down menu.

Curious if anyone knows anything in this regard...thanks in advance!

Yeah we tried just now and the rep said she wasn't sure re: availability. My wife said its debatable based on her tone if she didn't know or 'didn't know'.

We were able to book for April 2023 over the phone a while ago. Did the CM actually check availability for where you want to stay? Sometimes when you call this early, not every room-type is available. We were lucky that the standard view we wanted was!

(Sorry, I managed to not update here...)

We called back again, and the rep did book us at the Polynesian for Feb of next year. It seems like they aren't really pushing this, or are vocal/encouraging with it, but will do it. I think the reason for this reluctancy is the tickets for that far out are not available yet and so they can't hit you up for their 'packages' which is is clearly one of their big goals with their job.

In fact, the first rep who wouldn't book us literally said she couldn't do it, the packages aren't activated yet for next year. The next rep seemed to have a brain fart and instantly booked us at the resort...but then later said 'shoot, the packages aren't available yet'.

So yes, they can do it but are clearly sandbagging the option since they can't squeeze anyone for the most $ possible at that moment over the phone.
