Booking for 2019?

Hi there!
I currently have a reservation for Dec 30th-31st 2018 and i'm trying to move it to Jan 2019 (2nd-4th) at Pop Century. It's not allowing me to book past December however I've heard that I can book a room only 499 days in advance, so my question is why isn't it working? (on my Disney experience) Do I have to call?

You have to call since 2019 prices aren't released yet.

You are correct but you can only book the room by phone, not online. The 2019 prices will come out sometime in June or July, so you'll get the 2018 rates and I assume it will be adjusted once the rates are finalized
