Book All FP+ first, or change each day as I go?

This will be our first time using the FP+ system, and we are going during one of the busiest times of the year. I got a look at the MDE screen while a friend was booking them for his family's upcoming trip. It appeared as if the system gives you 4 options to choose from, and then you can go back and change them to fit your schedule better if they are available. My question since we are going at a busy time - should I book all the daily FP+ reservations for each day of our trip and then go back and adjust each day after I'm done, or should I adjust and have everything as I want for the first day before I move on to day 2? I guess I'm concerned that if I adjust each day before moving on to the next then maybe some for later days in our trip could be gone.

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
They go fast, but not that fast...

Book the day you plan to do the mine train first!

And do Toy Story Midway Mania first as well at HS, and Anna & Elsa meet and greet at MK first as well if you want any of these. These 3 go the fastest out of all of the FP's. :)

Pretty much as the PPs suggested. There are really only a few crucial FP+ selections, and even those you should be able to get something if you are booking at your 60 days out. (Assuming you are staying on property) Everything else you should have no problems spending 5-10 minutes playing around with order and times if you so desire.

Thanks for the tips. So I guess it will work to book one FP at MK, then jump to HS day and book one, then go back and finish the other two at MK? I hadn't thought about doing it that way so I'm glad I checked here.

I assume from your post that you're staying on property and looking to book up to 10 days FP in one go ?
My advice is to book each day for your three chosen attractions for the length of your trip. ONCE you've safely bagged your attractions then you can go back into each day and fine tune your timings to suit your plans. This way you know that you have everything that you want but in a worst case scenario the timings may not be perfect

When you start booking FP+, the system gets you to pick all 3 FP for the day at once. You can shift them around later, but it likes to give 3 out at a time. It's more to pick the day you want to do 7DMT, and book all 3 FP+ for that day at MK first. Then pick your DHS day, and book those FP+, and then so on and so forth. Most people would just walk through their vacation in order, booking day 1, day 2, etc. Book them in order of demand/desire/etc instead and you will be fine. Just like with ADRs. Most people will recommend booking CRT first, then Le Cellier, and so on down the line with Restaurant Marrakesh down near the bottom of priority.

Got it! I was going to do the same thing when I book our ADR's, doing BOG first, then CRT since we are shooting for later in the morning on our off day. Thanks!

Well....Busier times with a lot of competition for certain things can make it difficult. I made sure I booked all of mine, making sure I had all the major ones locked in that I really wanted to do and then was able to make adjustments later on. After I used up all my chosen FP picks and returned to grab a further ride many of the ones I asked for were not available later on. So be sure you lock in your most wanted things so you get to do them. Definitely a different experience than it once was.
