Bonnet Creek Resort???

A new resort is being built (or is already built) on WDW property called Bonnet Creek Resort. The signs are a brown and orange color which suggests to me that's it's something not associated with the onsite guest resorts. Does anybody have any info on this new place? I'm very curious. Thanks:confused:

From what I understand its a timeshare/condo place. Its not owned by Disney, but considered "on site."
I'll see if I can find the info.

edit: There are a few other threads on this. Here is one of them

The Bonnet Creek Resort is not considered "on site". Disney does not own the land that this resort is on.

I realize that Disney does not own it, but it is inside the gates and I saw a brochure that stated its "on site". (as opposed to off Disney property, I guess)

The property that the Bonnet Creek Resort is located on is land-locked by Disney property.

I haven't heard whether Disney will allow this resort the privileges that onsite guests have (early entry, E-ticket nights, bus service, etc.). I would think that Disney would not allow this resort these privileges (they are competition, after all).

If Disney hasn't decided this yet, Bonnet Creek Resort should not be advertising themselves as "on site".

To get to the resort, you must pass through Disney property, but the actual resort is not "on site".

Anyone of our lovely locales or recent vacationers know if the new hotel can be seen from Caribbean Beach or other Disney related resorts/properties.
