Bonnet Creek Resort Is Open

I talked to a cast member at Downtown Disney today about the mysterious Bonnet Creek Resort sign I saw. As many of you probably know it is an off site timeshare resort landlocked by Disney property. It is being developed by Farfield. The cast member told me that the resort started taking limited numbers of guests on June 1st.

I personally hate the idea of another company building a resort on a small peice of land Disney wasn't able to get a hold of.

Does anybody know if Disney is going to give them any rights whatsoever? I hear in order for Disney to give them on site hotel rights they'll have to pay millions every year.

Are there any more landlocked peices of property that could be developed on that Disney doesn't own?

I don't like the idea of it either, but there is nothing Disney can do. They can't keep people from building on their own property.
