Boma Bok Choy

Does anyone know which night or nights that Bok Choy is on the buffet at Boma? Going to be at WDW and planning on meeting my cousin who works at WDW for an early dinner at Boma. However, Bok Choy is my favorite, and I would love to make sure that it is on the buffet the day we eat there.

Posted this on the dining page, but it is not as frequented as this page, so I thought I would check here to see if someone knows which day Bok Choy is on the buffet at Boma. I love that dish, and plan on meeting my cousin (who is a WDW employee) for an early dinner at Boma while we are there. Does anyone know which day Bok Choy is served at Boma? I'm pretty sure I could live on that dish if I had to!

Bok Choy is a chinese cabbage. Very delicious.

When you arrive ask if they have it available and if they can make it for you. I have asked for things that were not on menu and have been accommodated more often than not. As long as the ingredients are available they are usually great about serving it up.
