BOG Lunch Reservation

We have a reservation for lunch at BOG.

I have heard some people can pick what they want to order before the day of their reservation.

How do we do that?

If it's like it used to be, you can order from the website. Click on your reservation and then click on Place Your Order (or something like that).

Yes, what Alice said. And thanks for the reminder that I need to do this myself. Note that you don’t have to choose in advance, you can get there and go through the queue and make your choices when you arrive to eat, but if you want to save time ordering ahead will save you a few minutes.

interestingly, you can only order on the real website (or at the restaurant) but not on the mobile app. No idea why

Note that you can preorder starting from 30 days out of your reservation date. When you check in for lunch, you'll be given a 'rose' to place on your table and you can skip the line and go find a place to sit and your food will be brought to you!
